Privacy

Your account. The name and email address you give us when you sign in. If you choose a password it is stored by our sign-in provider in hashed form; we never see it in plain text. Signing in with a one-time code or with Google means we hold no password for you at all.

Your conversations. Every message you send the coach and every reply it gives, stored against your account so your history is there on any device you sign in from.

What you tell us about your business. Anything you enter in Settings — company, industry, team size, stage, your role, your biggest challenge — plus your RISE assessment answers and which RISE artifacts you say you have.

Files you upload. Documents and spreadsheets you attach are converted to text, sent to the coach with your question, and stored as part of that conversation.

Usage. Token counts and cost per request, so we can meter fair use. Signed-out visitors get a cookie that counts free questions and nothing else.

Analytics. We use Google Analytics to see how people find and move through the app — which page they land on, which tools they open, where they stop. It receives page views and the names of those steps, never what you type, never your name or email. Advertising features and cross-site tracking are switched off. No other third-party trackers.

RISE coaches at Sharper Education can read the conversations you have with the app, including full transcripts. We do this to improve how the coach answers, to spot where the framework needs better material, and to follow up where a person would clearly help more than software. We want you to know that up front rather than find it in a footnote.

Other users cannot see your data. The database enforces this per account — it is not a setting we remember to apply.

If you would rather keep something out of it, don't put it in the chat. Treat it like an email to your coach, not a private journal.

Anthropic processes your messages to generate replies, as our service provider. Under their commercial terms, API inputs and outputs are not used to train their models.

Supabase hosts the database holding your account and conversations. Vercel hosts the app itself.

We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or pass it to anyone outside this list.

Your account and conversations stay until you ask us to delete them. Ask and we remove your account, your conversations, your business profile and your assessment. Usage records are kept in aggregate for billing.

You can delete any conversation from the sidebar at any time, and it's gone from the database too. You can edit or clear your business profile in Settings. For a full export or deletion of everything, email us and we'll do it.

Depending on where you live you may have additional rights over your data — access, correction, deletion, portability. Ask and we'll honour them.

AI RISE Coach is a business tool for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18.

If we change what we collect or who can see it, we'll update the version at the top of this page and ask you to accept it again the next time you sign in.
