Terms of Service

AI RISE Coach is software. It is an AI assistant trained on the RISE Business Framework® that answers questions about running your business using that framework.

It is not a person and it is not your coach. Using it does not create a coaching, consulting, advisory, legal, accounting, or fiduciary relationship with Sharper Education or with any RISE certified consultant. If you want a person, we can point you at one at sharperbusiness.com.

AI generates text by prediction. It can be confidently, fluently wrong. It can misremember a number, misstate part of the framework, or give advice that doesn't fit your situation because it doesn't know something you never told it.

Check anything that matters before you act on it. Nothing the app says is legal, tax, accounting, financial, employment, or investment advice. Decisions about your business, your money and your people are yours, and you remain responsible for them. For anything with real consequences, talk to a qualified professional.

You must be 18 or older and using it for business purposes. If you're signing in on behalf of a company, you're confirming you have authority to accept these terms for it.

You sign in with your email and a password, a one-time code sent to your inbox, or your Google account. Keep those secure — anyone who can use them can get into your account — and tell us if you think someone else has been in yours.

Accounts are for one person. Don't share logins.

Each account gets a monthly allowance of coaching, and requests are rate limited. We set these so one person can't run up costs that spoil it for everyone, and we may adjust them. If you hit the ceiling you can carry on next month, or talk to a consultant sooner.

Don't try to get around the limits with multiple accounts or automated clients.

Don't use AI RISE Coach to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do it
• upload someone else's confidential information without the right to share it
• upload personal data about other people that you have no lawful basis to process
• scrape, bulk-extract or resell the framework content, or use the app to build a competing product
• attack, overload, probe or reverse engineer the service
• misrepresent the output as professional advice from Sharper Education

Everything you type and upload remains yours. You give us permission to store and process it so the app can work, and to review it to improve the coach — our privacy policy explains exactly who can see it, including that RISE coaches can read conversations.

You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload. We claim no ownership of your business information, and we don't sell it.

RISE™, the RISE Business Framework, the assessments, the 9 Box, the worksheets and the written material behind the coach belong to Sharper Education. Using the app gives you a personal, non-transferable right to use it for your own business — not a licence to republish, resell, teach or distribute the framework.

Answers the coach generates for you are yours to use in running your business. The underlying framework is not.

We'll try to keep it running and improving, but this is an evolving product. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and we can't promise uninterrupted service. Where a change is significant, we'll say so.

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account and everything in it. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or where we're required to.

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the output is accurate, complete or suitable for your circumstances.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Sharper Education is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data or business interruption, arising from your use of AI RISE Coach — including decisions you make based on its output.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred US dollars.

Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.

If your use of the app — or content you upload — causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of defending it.

If we change them materially we'll update the version at the top and ask you to accept the new version the next time you sign in. Carrying on using the app after that means you accept the change.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Indiana, and both of us consent to that jurisdiction.
